Hofars Energy Private Ltd began as a subsidiary of Raj Rishi Electricals and Contractors, which was registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) in 2013. The subsidiary experienced moderate success, particularly in establishing a cobalt-60 based gamma irradiator for the full-spectrum irradiation of spices, food grains, medical equipment disinfection, and fruits.
As we launched the Hofars Internship Program (HIP)—a flagship initiative of Hofars Energy—the need for formal incorporation became evident. This program brought together individuals from various domains, including policy, human resources, technology, energy, and IT, all united by the common goal of addressing the pressing challenges of water and energy crises.
With project teams expanding and the influx of new projects, it became necessary to increase our workforce. In response to this growth, the team decided to form a board and appoint directors in a newly established private limited company. Hofars has never looked back since then.
